Shari L. Kaminsky, DPM
Dr. Shari Kaminsky grew up in central Illinois and received her undergraduate degree in Medical Sciences. She attended podiatry school in Chicago at the William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. She performed her podiatric surgical residency at Loyola University Medical Center and graduated from the program in 1991.
She moved to St. Louis and was an associate of Kurt Kaufman DPM from 1991-2001. In January of 2002 she started her own practice on the campus of Christian Hospital. She received certification from the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons in 1996. She has been an attending for a local podiatry residency since 1991. She has previously lectured for the Midwest Podiatry Conference.
She participated at Christian Hospital's Wound Care Center until 2006. She participated in St Lukes Wound Care Center from 2017-2019.
Currently, Dr. Kaminsky is on staff at Christian Hospital, DePaul Hospital, and St Lukes Hospital. She enjoys a practice focused on conservative and surgical care. She has a strong background in foot and ankle wound care as well.
R. AUSTIN DJALI, DPM
Dr. Djali was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. He graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology, and then went on to attend Des Moines University College Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Iowa. Dr. Djali completed a three-year residency in Forefoot and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery at DePaul Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. While in residency, he spent several months on rotation at Fort Leonard Wood Army Base seeing and treating various pathologies not uncommon to members of the Armed Forces. Dr. Djali also completed a traveling fellowship in Europe with the German Society of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Djali is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and is Board Qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in Forefoot and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Missouri Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Djali joined Archway Podiatry in 2018 and practices at the Florissant location.
MICHAEL G. KATEMAN, DPM
"Dr Kateman was raised in Saint Charles, Missouri. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in science and art at the University of Missouri and completed his doctorate in podiatric medicine and surgery at Des Moines University in Iowa. He then completed a 3-year podiatric surgical residency specializing in foot and ankle surgery at Wheaton Franciscan/Ascension Wisconsin Podiatric Medical Residency in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Through his comprehensive training, Dr Kateman is well-versed in areas of at risk foot care, sports medicine, wound care, foot and ankle trauma and reconstruction. Dr Kateman believes that it is important to establish a good relationship with his patients, allowing them to work together to provide individualized healthcare decisions.
Dr Kateman is board qualified in foot and ankle surgery through the American Board of Foot and Ankle surgery. He is an active member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Missouri Podiatric Medical Association. He is on staff at SSM Health DePaul Hospital, Barnes Jewish Hospital Christian Northeast Hospital, and St. Luke's Hospital.
Emily B. Ermitano, DPM
Dr. Ermitano was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. She then completed her Doctorate at William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. She went on to complete a three-year residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at Mercy St. Vincent Hospital in Toledo, Ohio.
After residency Dr. Ermitano moved to St. Louis with her husband Dr. Neil Ermitano. She worked at a private practice in Southwest Illinois from 2019-2023. Dr. Ermitano had her first son, Jackson, in January of 2023. She decided to work closer to home and joined Kaminsky Podiatry Group. Dr. Ermitano enjoys treating a wide variety of foot and ankle problems and coming up with a treatment plan that is conducive to a patient’s lifestyle.
Dr. Ermitano is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. She is also Board Qualified in foot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and the Missouri Podiatric Medical Association.
